Cooper’s Tavern is an American Steakhouse with Italian style.  


     European-trained Executive Chef Julian Clauss-Ehlers creates dishes where the ingredients speak for themselves, fashioning a menu that is both diverse and exciting. His antipasti include beef carpaccio, sizzling Italian garlic sausage and calamari fritti, as well as four types of Bruschetta. Salad lovers have many choices, including main course salads and sizzling salads, where meat, fish or vegetables arrive at the table on a sizzling cast iron pan. Pastas offer a diverse array of flavors, while entrees showcase USDA prime steaks and the signature “Skyscraper Burger” made with the famed La Frieda beef.


     The fifty seat bar and lounge is a stylish respite from the hectic city, offering cocktails  and a bar menu featuring antipasti. The international wine list features 70 selections, with 16 available by the glass.
